Jewelry

If you know me, you know I'm not a huge jewelry-wearing kinda girl. But I was invited by a friend of Kristin's to a jewelry party tonight. Hey, it was advertised in the Evite as a jewelry and dessert party, so how could I resist? Anyway, it was cool, and I did find a ring to buy. Someone made the most fabulous lemon bars I think I've ever had. I'll have to figure out who and get the recipe. The highlight of the night was Kristin's concoction of champagne and pomegranate juice. Yummy! And the cherry on top of the sundae was that it started snowing on my way home! I love snow. Remember we got some snow on Christmas, but I'm still waiting for a nice, real blanket of it. A snow day from work would be nice, too. :)
