Welcome to 2007 everyone! I hope that 2006 closed out as a great year and that 2007 will be even better for you.
Our weekend up at Snoqualmie was cool. We only skiied/boarded for a few hours on Saturday, but it was a good warm-up for the season. Hanging out with our friends Mike and Diane is always cool, and they treated us to lots of great food. We watched a couple of DVDs: Little Miss Sunshine, which I thought was very unique and pretty funny, and My Super Exgirlfriend, which was very predictable but amusing.
Yesterday as we were getting ready to head home, I had a really stuffy nose. By the time we got home, it was pretty much a full-fledged head cold. Boo. I don't feel as horrible as when I was sick last week, but it sure sucks not being able to sleep because I can't breathe and having to get up and blow my nose every hour or two. We were big party poopers last night and went to bed around 10. I suspect today will be a lazy day around the house, except that we might pop out and see Night at the Museum. We saw The Good Shepard last week--it was good, but it was LONG. They did a good job threading that plot together.
